Crystal Healing for the 8th Chakra

In this fun and experiential workshop, we will learn about the 8 th chakra (or the soul purpose chakra ) and how connecting to it can help us access abilities and talents which lie as potential in our soul star. Activating the soul star can help us to strengthen our connection with our soul and to know ourselves more. Focused awareness of this chakra can enable us to gain a clearer knowing of what our life purpose is in this lifetime and can greatly assist our soul in fulfilling its goals.

During this workshop we will get to know the specific crystals that can help quiet the mind to hear the messages from our soul star as well as which ones are high frequency enough to help elevate our consciousness and energies. We will also go on a guided meditative journey to connect to and activate our soul star. Connecting to our soul star deepens our connection to our soul family and can open up new windows of inspiration and illumination.

Finally we will each have the chance to experience a 15-20 minute session of energy work with crystals, crystal bowls and tuning forks to cleanse anything that may be a block to a deeper connection with our 8 th chakra. We will also energize our Earth Star in order to help better ground our soul's energies and manifest our desires for the coming year.
